Burma Music: Mingalaba! Rock and Oddities from the Golden Land (Burma)

While on my trip to Burma I met a lot of the musicians from the country.  They were eager to play me their music from such genres as traditional, rock, pop.  This is a mix of music that I found from the country and below are some of the pictures of what some of the old studios looked like and some posters from the local paper about the acts.  These men made music in obscurity and under very hard conditions.  Take a listen and spread this music around, it deserves a listen for those that are interested in sounds from other countries.
