Chiang Mai

-->
Here are some other pictures from my time in Chiang Mai.
I ate some great curries but the best has to be S&P Chicken. This is another place that has been around for a while. The restaurant is located within the moat area and is very well known. I think it has been around for almost 40 years. They must be doing something right. At S&P they make chicken to die for. This is rotisserie chicken but not cooked with electric but charcoal. If you visit Pok Pok, the chef there has based his recipe on this restaurants preparation. Well the chicken was excellent, juicy as all get out and with a couple of really cold Singha beers a great meal.

Crabs

Northern Sausage

Shrimp with banana leaf

Cowboy cutting intestines
